  • Who can buy from you?

    We sell to independent  traders and wholesalers.  We supply Trade only and not to general public.


  • How do I place my first order with you?

    Go to Member Registration at the top of the page and fill in all the required details on the form.
    You will get instant access to the collections and you will have a ‘my account’ section which will store all your details.


  • Is there a minimum order quantity or value for an order?

    There is no minimum quantity or order value.   All styles come in pack sizes of assorted size and colour.  The carriage cost will vary with the volume of the order


  • How many items are in a pack?

    There are 6-12 items in most packs. If there is any other quantity it will be clearly stated in the product description. You will get a balanced mix of sizes and colours.


  • Are the items in a pack all the same size?

    No.  Most of our styles come in equal assortment of colour and sizes


  • Can I request certain sizes and colours?

    The size colour ratio of all the packs is fixed.


  • How to I place my Order ?

    Register and Login.  Once you are browsing, please select your items and place in the shopping cart.  When you finish adding your items, please go to checkout and send your shopping basket to us as an order.  You will get an email confirmation with your order number and listing your chosen items.   
    On receiving the order, we process it and email you an invoice with our bank details.  We despatch the goods upon receiving the payment.

  • How long is delivery from placing my order?

    We despatch as soon as we receive payment.  We try to ensure that we can email you a proforma on the day we receive the order.  We send next day deliveries via ParcelForce


  • Can we come and visit you?

    You are welcome to visit us anytime. We open at 10am Mon- Fri.


  • What is your returns policy?

    In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within 48 hours of your receipt. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. You must ensure that the package is insured to the correct value to protect yourself in the event that the return is lost or damaged in transit.
